Do you sell used surplus?

Yes, we sell used surplus. The majority of items are new. Occasionally, we receive used items pulled when companies upgrade systems. These items are functional and tested. If not, they are sold "for parts only." ITEMS WILL BE CLEARLY MARKED AS "USED" OR "FOR PARTS ONLY."
Do you offer a manufacture warranty?

No, we do not offer manufacture warranty. We do offer a 30-day warranty on new products. Please refer to Store Policies and Returns Pages.
Are all items available that are listed?

Yes, all items listed are available for sale. All items are shipped from our warehouse, not from a third party.
Do you offer quantity discounts ?

Yes, we do offer quantity discounts. Most items will have quantity discounts on listing if multiples are available.
